HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ( DOMESTIC MAURITIUS)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item.
Mail to 25 Henri lemaire street, beau bassin, Mauritius.
- We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on hats, due to hygiene reasons.
- We CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on any items which have been worn or washed.
- ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair will NOT be accepted and sent back to the shipper at their expense.
- ANY items which are discontinued and no longer sold on the website CANNOT be returned for exchange or refund.
